  • cup thinly sliced green onions
  • tablespoons honey
  • tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • teaspoons Asian garlic-chili sauce
  • 6 ounces refrigerated grilled chicken breast strips
  • ounces dried udon noodles or whole-wheat spaghetti
  • tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • medium yellow, red and/or orange sweet peppers, cut in bite-size strips
  • Fresh cilantro
