Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite size cubes
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (or other neutral oil)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, roughly chopped
  • 1 heaped cup, spinach
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp water mixed with 1 tbsp potato starch (or corn starch)
