  • 3 cups kale, ribs removed and chopped (200 grams)
  • ½ head of broccoli cut into small florets
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 10 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon black and/or white sesame seeds
  • 1 banana shallot, finely chopped
  • 1½ inch chunk of ginger root, peeled and grated
  • 6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons tamari or coconut aminos
  • 6 tablespoons sesame oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
