Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 40-45 drops (BED use alcohol free)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (BED use alcohol free)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp worth. Bake for 10 minutes pillowy little cookies!
  • 1/3 cup of raw cashews
  • 5 Tbsp coconut milk (I used light)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 cookie sandwiches. All devoured by the 3 of us in one day!
