Ingredients

  • 15-18 pie
  • 350 1 batch dough
  • 1 lb lean ground lamb
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 2 heaping tsp
  • 1/4 tsp each
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fresh cracked pepperjuice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp pomegranate molasses (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, mincedjuice of 1 lemon
  • 1 bunch fresh mint, thinly sliced or choppedsalt and pepper to taste
