Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked (or canned) chickpeas
  • 2 Tablespoons grapeseed (or other neutral) oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons harissa (buy it or make it!)
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 2 large red peppers, diced in
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • /26 oz carton diced tomatoes (I prefer Pomi Chopped Tomatoes)
  • 4 eggs Salt
