Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup Canola Oil
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon Buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Shortening
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Orange Flavoring
  • Orange Color
  • 1/2 cup Solid Vegetable Shortening
  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon clear Vanilla Extract
  • 4 cups sifted Confectioner's Sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons Milk
  • Add in orange flavoring and orange coloring. Blend until completely orange.
  • Cover batter with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
