  • 2 tsp tapioca starch
  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup sel
  • 1/4 cup corn flour
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 180 ml water
  • 1½ tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp salt
