Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh is best)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 2 cups diced shrimp, fresh or canned (I used 100/200 frozen pre-cooked salad shrimp,whole)
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green peppers, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh tomato, diced
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • pepper
