  • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 2 mangoes, peeled, pitted and diced
  • large handful minced cilantro
  • 4 minced green onions
  • juice of 1 small lime
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • salt & pepper, to taste
