  • 1 tablespoon of roasted red chili paste (used Thai Kitchen)
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of canola oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1 cup of sugar snap or snow peas, top stem removed
  • 1 pound of shrimp peeled and deveined
