  • 1 lb green beans
  • 2 cans chickpeas

  • 1/4 c blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 slices prosciutto
  • 1 shallot
  • 1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
