  • 6 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 4 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 fish fillets
  • 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
