Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c gluten free flour mix
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/2 c palm sugar
  • 1 c coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • **Toppings
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Whisk flour, xanthan gum, and sugar together. Cream in coconut oil and vanilla.
  • Press into a 9" by 13" pan.
