Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons brown rice syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons muscovado sugar, or [vegan] light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste, or vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon gluten-free oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon almond meal
  • 1-1 1/2 tablespoons dark [vegan] chocolate chips
  • 30 seconds Mix in the chocolate chips.
  • 7-10 minutes The cookie will firm up and become chewier as it cools.
