Ingredients

  • Ingredients :1 cup bengal gram (channa dal / kadalai paruppu) - soaked in water for 1 hour 1/2 cup finely chopped keerai - you can use any variety
  • 2 green chilies - finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • salt to taste
