  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 2 small to medium
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12- inch nonstick skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat until hot and rippling.
