Ingredients

  • 2 cups non blanched almond flour or finely ground almond meal ( I used almond meal)
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed ( I grind it in my coffee mill)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 eggs 1/3 cup 1% milk or water
  • 1/3 cup butter or coconut oil - melted. Or you could try olive oil
  • (next time I'm going to try replacing at least 1/2 with applesauce)
