  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin contains 300% of your daily recommended dose of vitamin A? {I really didn't realize that until yesterday when I read the label on the can. I knew it was good for you, but not that good}
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Low fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup 100% Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Packet Stevia in the Raw
  • 1 Tsp. Honey (to taste)
