  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Pound Bacon
  • 2 cups Red Burgundy Wine (about half of a bottle)
  • 1 cup Beef Stock
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 20 Pearl Onions
  • 1 pound small potatoes (e.g. gold fingerling)
  • 1/2 cup Carrot, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, coarsely chopped
