Ingredients

  • 15 minutes
  • 2 pounds of boneless, skinless, chicken thighs frozen
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 15.5 ounce cans of Hominy drained but not rinsed
  • 2 12 ounce cans Salsa Verde (I used Trader Joes)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne (or more depending on how hot your salsa verde is)
