These SlowCooker Szechuan Sticky Beef ShortRibs are simmered for six hours and are beyond tender. Sometimes when looking at the ingredients it may seem like an overpowering flavor explosion, but I feel the slowcooker definitely mellows the robust seasoning of this one and account for that
