Ingredients

  • 30 rolls around. It’s about as good as a staycation gets for us these days.
  • 5 minutes
  • 1 1/2 - 2 lbs steak
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 3 tbsp water
