A couple weeks back I made this delicious SlowCookerPork Roast Roast recipe that I found online. Once you sear the roast just toss everything in the slowcooker and let it do it's magic
For the best flavor, make sure to brown the chops then deglaze the skillet with the water. The secret to the great taste in these chops is twofold--using bone-in chops because bone imparts great flavor to any gravy or sauce and funny enough, the package of porkgravy

I wasn't sure how that would taste with the porkchops. To save time in the morning, I browned the porkchops the night before and assembled everything in the slowcooker before I left for work
And, since I was all about setting and forgetting when I made this recipe, I also fired up my rice cooker and made some brown rice to serve with the chops
Pour the mushrooms into the skillet with the pork drippings and garlic, and stir in the sherry and beef broth, scraping any bits of pork that are stuck to the pan

If the gravy is too thick, thin it with milk to the consistency you prefer. Place the porkchops in the pan and cook under low to medium heat until browned on both sides
Put the pork in the slowcooker, fat cap side up. If you'd like to reserve the liquids at the end remove the pork and pineapple pieces then drain the liquid into a glass measuring cup
