  • 1 jar (16 oz) Alfredo pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (1 1/3 oz), if desired
  • Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
