  • 1 pkg Spanish rice mix (about 7 ozs)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 medium bell peppers (I strongly recommend red, yellow or orange - they taste much better than green!)
  • 2 cans (14 oz ea) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 cup of water
