  • 4-6 lb Boston butt roast, or beef roast
  • 1 cup beef broth, low sodium
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 1/2 bunch of Italian Parsley, minced
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of creole seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespooon crushed red pepper
  • olive oil
