Add beans, corn, soup andrice to the slowcooker. over maybe half tomato sauce and have salsa. If I was to make this side dish again I would substitute tomato sauce or even better salsa
The quinoa made these a little heartier than if they had been made with just rice. Mix together the green onion, minced garlic, shredded cheese, black beans, quinoa, corn, salsaand seasoning

Serve with Noodles or Rice. Or cook rice. place in bowl. Add beef and cornstarch mixture. Add 1 tsp (5 mL) of the cornstarch, ginger and water. In small bowl, stir remaining cornstarch, black-bean-and-garlic sauce, hot pepper sauce and 3/4 cup (175 mL) water. stir-fry beef until browned, about 1 minute. stir-fry onion, garlic, carrot, celery and water chestnuts until tender-crisp, 2 minutes. add 3/4 cup (175 mL) rice. Cover and simmer over low heat until tender, about 20 minutes
Take a wide bowland throw in all the ingredients. I chopped the mangoes in a manual vegetable processor and added them along with finely chopped tomatoes and chillies
Serve over rice, if desired. I was looking for a side dish to go along with some Chicken with Mole Sauce that I was making (was not impressed), and came across this one that, fit the bill perfectly
