  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 (14 oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 Cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 Cup orange juice
  • Zest of one orange
  • 1/8 Tsp ground cinnamon
