The pepper jack cheese was so creamy and warm - it mixed perfectly with the salsa-soaked peppers. This pizza has loads of color (green peppers, yellow peppers, red peppers, purple onion, etc), and I thought it looked just beautiful

In a large nonstick frying pan, melt the butter with 2 tablespoons of oil over moderately high heat.
