  • 4 pound pork shoulder
  • 250 degrees
  • 90 minutes
  • Smoked Pork Shoulder
  • 5 lb
  • 1/8 cup Paprika
  • 2 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tbsp Dark Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Celery Seeds
  • 90 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches
  • 195-205 degrees Continuously monitor the temperature with a probe thermometer
