  • 3 ounces light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup black pepper, ground
  • 1/4 cup thyme, dried
  • 1/2 cup oregano, fresh and chopped
  • 1/2 cup seasoning salt
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled
  • 1/8 teaspoon sage, dried & rubbed
