Ingredients

  • 1 package Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausage, sliced into 1/4″ pieces
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 head broccoli, florets only
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can beer
  • 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • Keep stirring and let it cook for 10 minutes, until the potatoes start to soften and the onions become translucent. Add broccoli, tomatoes and garlic and stir – ahhh… smell that garlic!
  • The sausage will start to caramelize with the potatoes and onions.
