  • 1 minced fresh garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh leaf thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 cup peeled diced potato (to 1/2-inch dice)
  • 3/4 cup sliced celery (to 1/2-inch thick)
  • 2/3 cup sliced carrot (to 1/2-inch thick)
  • 2/3 cup chopped onions or 2/3 cup frozen pearl onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (to 1/4-inch thick)
