Pork Carnitas without the brown bits is like sausage rollswithout tomato sauce. Subtle enough flavour so it can be used in any Mexican dish (over salting and over spicing is a common problem with many recipes)

Toast buns if you want and mix pulledporkwith desired amount of blackberry sauce in a large bowl. All I know is that it started with my mom buying a pork roast and blackberries being everywhere

I had some kaiser rolls I purchased this week from a local bakery - they worked perfectly.
