Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • pepper to taste
  • garlic powder (optional)
  • 11 mins, or until they start to char on one side. Don’t worry if they look burnt. That adds to the flavour.
