Ingredients

  • CAKE
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1-3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup veggie oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1-1/2 cups marshmallow fluff
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup chopped nut topping (I used the can of nut topping found in the ice cream topping aisle)
  • FROSTING
  • 1-8 ounce block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Creme de cocoa (you can use vanilla if you like)
  • 2 cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup of thick ice cream topping caramel
  • ganache
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 bag snickers unwrapped mini’s
