Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • garlic powder to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 60 g cashews previously soaked for 3 hours
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1-2 tablespoons almond milk or any other alternative (if the pesto is too thick)
  • zucchini
  • mushrooms
  • red cabbage
  • arugula
  • green peppers
