Ingredients

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup softened butter
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream / all-purpose cream
