Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1¼ teaspoons salt
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons warm water
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed or chopped (I used 1 teaspoon of garlic powder since I didn't have any garlic on hand)
  • 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
