Ingredients

  • 27000 kilos of strawberries
  • 7,000 litres of cream
  • 450 g jars
  • 5 oz strawberries
  • 1 kg bag jam sugar (it has added pectin)juice 2 lemonsjuice
  • 1 orange
  • 3 tbsp Pimm
  • 1 Put a few saucers into the freezer for later
  • 105 C on a preserving thermometer
