Ingredients

  • 1.50 each

  • 9 cake tin
  • 40 minutes
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup white castor sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups of flour (I used cake flour but you can just use normal plain flour)
  • 1/4 cup dutch cocoa powder (if you want a white cake then just replace the cocoa powder with flour)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 250 grams cream cheese at room temperature
  • 250 grams milk chocolate melted
  • 100-150 grams icing sugar mixture
  • 1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract
