  • 2 cups of chopped methi leaves (you can adjust the quantity to your liking)
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 1 broken red chili (deseeded)
  • 1 to 2 tbsps Ghee or oil
  • Pinch of mustard
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 to 2 green chilies chopped
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Pinch of hing
