  • 125 g tapioca flour
  • 550-600 ml water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 600 g turnip (shredded and drain away liquid)
  • 100 g carrot (shredded)
  • 100 g minced meat
  • 50 g dried shrimps (soak and chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 4 shallot(chopped)
