Ingredients

  • 38 degrees
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lg onion
  • 1/4 c green pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 c beef stock
  • 1 can
  • 2 c frozen vegetables
  • 1/3 c rice
  • 1/4 c cilantro
  • 2 hours Add rice and cook on low
  • 10 minutes
