Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbsps or
  • 1 tsp
  • dissolved in
  • 2 tbsps of water
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1/2 small; finely chopped
  • 2 pinches Curry powder or Garam masala powder
  • 3/4 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 inch finely chopped
  • 3 cloves finely chopped
  • 3. In another non stick pan take a tbsp of ghee or oil, add the cumin seeds, curry leaves and slit green chillies and fry for a minute, then add the chopped ginger and garlic and stir fry fry till garlic slightly softens
