Ingredients

  • 500 gms Pomfret
  • 2-3 tsp chilli powder
  • 4 tsp coriander powder
  • ¾ tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp fennel powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 marble size
  • d tamarind
  • Oil
  • 1-2 hour Heat a pan and grease with oil
