Ingredients

  • 8.5 oz
  • FFy Corn Muffin Mix (I used 7 oz pkg. Martha White Sweet Cornbread Mix)
  • 1 (14.75 oz) can cream corn
  • 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream (I used 3/4 cup since I used only 7 oz pkg. of cornmeal mix)
  • 3 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt
