Soyachunks can be prepared in many ways, Infact, my mom's recipe involves grinding the masala's. Throw in the squeezed chunks and combine well with all the maslas stuck to the pan
Now add soya granules. Soya granules / chura 1/2 cup. Heat 4 cups of water in the pan, and 2 pinch of salt and soya granules, boil for 10 min. After cooling squeeze water from soya granules, add fresh water, again squeeze water, repeat 2-3 times. 4 cups of water in the pan, and 2 pinch of salt and soya granules, boil for 10 min Switch off the flame. After cooling squeeze water from soya granules, add fresh water, again squeeze water, repeat 2-3 times Keep it aside
Its a great substitute for non veg lovers as the soyachunks resembles and tastes meat. Also I added some fresh green peas along with soyachunks as my kids love it
