Ingredients

  • 1 large, peeled & cubed into small pieces
  • 2 medium chopped fine
  • 2 medium pureed
  • 1 tbsp Bay leaf - 1
  • Clove -
  • Fennel seeds - 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Mutton/ chicken masala - 1 and 1/2 tbsp (refer notes)
  • 1 cup (to cook curry)
  • 2 tsp of
  • 1 tsp of milk
  • 3. Now prepare the base for the subzi
  • 4. Now add the spice masala, mix well and add tomato puree. Combine well and check for salt at this stage.
  • 6. Now add chopped curry leaves and further cook until the water is half and the curry is nice and thick.
  • 1 tsp of
  • 1 tbsp of coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/3 tsp of turmeric powder
  • 3. If you want the curry to me more creamy add coconut paste
